ECSD Kindergarten Registration Opening April 4, 2022
Beginning on April 4, 2022, the parents or guardians of students reaching the age of five years old by September 1, 2022 are eligible to register their students to attend kindergarten either at the school of their residence or at one of the District’s choice schools.
Students wishing to attend the school for which they are residentially zoned can register directly at the school after completing the Focus Registration application, located on the school district website. http://ecsd-fl.schoolloop.com/focusenrollment.
Students wishing to take advantage of School Choice can apply directly in the School Choice Office or on the school district website after completing the new student registration process, https://ecsd-fl.schoolloop.com/schoolchoice. Once the Choice school is approved, the parent or guardian can register at the approved choice school.
The following documentation should be taken to the school at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until all documents have been approved and forms have been signed.

❏ Proof of Residence (Utility bill or lease)
❏ Immunization Record
❏ Physical (or appointment card for upcoming physical)

ECSD Unveils K-3 Read-at-Home Resources

A read-at-home plan is required to be provided to parents of any K-3 student who has been identified with a substantial deficiency in reading. The resources must be made available in an electronic format that is accessible online, and a hard copy of such resources must be provided by the school upon parent request.

STUDENT DROP OFF TIME: 7:30 AM
These changes are being put in place to expedite drop
off and parking lot congestion.

Enter the car line from 10 Mile Road onto Jack Kauffman Road ONLY.

Entry to the A.M. parking lot for students accompanied by adults to the sidewalk is accessible from Ashton Brosnaham as well as Jack Kaufman Road.

All students must be accompanied by an adult to the sidewalk. Do not drop them off in the parking lot.

Please only park in the designated AM parking lot and not along the street.

No drop-offs until 7:30 a.m.

Make sure your child is ready to exit the vehicle upon pulling up.

Pull forward to the purple cone to drop off after daycare vans leave.

Stay in the flow of the car rider line.
